Abstract:Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of experiments on the combustion characteristics of pulping black liquor, and have achieved a series of results. But the experiments focused on the combustion characteristics of black liquor in a certain aspect, lacking systematic and comprehensive research and analysis. In this paper, by analyzing and sorting out the experimental results of black liquor, the expansion characteristics, combustion process, pyrolysis characteristics, inorganic aerosolformation mechanism and alkali ash deposition characteristics of black liquor were introduced, and the chemical reaction mechanism of black liquor combustion was comprehensively illustrated. It was helpful for promoting the development of black liquor combustion technology, improving the level of high-efficiency combustion and clean utilization, and providing important support for the design and operation of alkali recovery boilers.
