Abstract:In order to solve the problem of paper machine shutdown suddenly caused by paper machine bearing failure, an online automatic repair system for paper machine bearings based on RFID management was proposed. The system hardware used the embedded LPC2103 microprocessor as the control center and with the help of external equipment to realize the collection of bearing vibration signals and the automatic addition of repair fluid. The fault detection software used the Hilbert-Huang transform algorithm to perform on-line detection of faults that occur in the paper machine drive bearings in the early stage. The system provided a unique repair fluid formula. When identifying the imminent hidden trouble of the bearing fault, the RFID management system could automatically add the repair fluid to the faulty position and automatically polished the surface of the faulty bearing. The system could realize the online detection of the early faults of the paper machine bearings and the online repair of some faults, which effectively avoided the unplanned downtime of the paper machine and improved the production efficiency.
