| Abstract:The paper suggested that the design of intelligent paper production line under the industry 4.0 environment, should be implemented step by step. Firstly it is necessary to perfec the basic automation design, well install the field intelligent instrument system — sensors and control devices, intelligent MCC, and the necessary DCS, MCS, QCS, WIS, DRIVE, MES, ERP and so on. Then the way of integration or communication is adopted to make the data and information highly integrated, a solid foundation for digitization and informatization is laid. Under the favorable environment of 5G communication technology, the information will be transmitted to the cloud server through the use of private and public clouds. With the help of big data extraction technology, cloud computing technology, Internet of things technology and using cloud server, the demand of production line, equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance can obtain supports from experts, making the field data become the high quality capital for the enterprise truly, to build an efficient, energy-saving intelligent paper production line. |
