Abstract:In the process of approaching to Industrial 4.0 of paper industry, advanced control algorithms, control strategies and control systems will perform more and more significant roles in paper industry. Along with the main clue of the development of process control theory and automation technology and their applications in industries, the widely used common automation technology in paper industry is reviewed in this paper. And the future development of the automatization, informationization and intelligentization of paper industry is also prospected. The main purpose of this paper is to summarize the practical papermaking automation technology, and thus to provide reference to readers. It is essential to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of pulping and papermaking proces data online to implement the informationization and intelligentization. Therefore, this paper not only sums up the advanced control algorithms and control systems, but also illustrates some important and necessary technologies for realizing the Paper Industry 4.0 in detail, such as indirect measurement technology, running state evaluation technology and paper quality detection technology. These technologies discussed in this paper consist of online soft sensing technology for key process parameters, fault diagnosis technology for key equipment and paper defect online detecting technology. |
