Abstract:This article discussed the iterative direction of intellectualization transformation of Chinese papermaking enterprises and the Chinese papermaking industry's pathway of transformation and upgrading to intellectualization; discussed the value of the new generation of intelligent technology to paper industry ; used the Vinda Paper practice cases to derive the path of papermaking enterprises integrating with the new generation of information technology. The cases demonstrated the value and potential of intelligent upgrading of paper industry in improving production efficiency, reducing labor cost, reducing production cost, reducing emission and energy conservation. The authors put forward two suggestions for promoting the intelligent transformation of Chinese paper industry: ①in the process of realizing the intelligent transformation of paper industry, should follow the following principles: "making good planning and focusing on the key points; boundary crossing integration and collaborative innovation; classification guidance and first easy then difficult; benefit orientation and reliable implementation". ②papermaking enterprises transformation should be implemented in two steps: the first step is to realize Data Operation of the enterprises; the second step is to realize intelligent production of papermaking enterprises. |
