Abstract:In order to help modern manufacturer to improve the efficiency of palletizing product packaging containers and reduce the labors intensity, a stacker with simple structure and strong universality was designed. It was assembled by using Mitsubishi PLC as the control core and servo motor, frequency converter, sensing elements. It realized a good human-computer interface by touch screen and fulfilled different requirements of palletizing according to the size of product. Taking the application of 5 packs and 10 packs of A4 printing paper packaging boxes in the paper mill as an example, after testing, the high position stacker had various stacking functions for different sizes of packaging containers based on the dimensions of pallets. The numbers of layers could be set according to the requirement. The high position stacker reduced the workload of workers. The equipment had strong universality. The high position stacker operated stably and reliably, and could be used to stack of the packaging containers with various specifications with a wide application prospects. |
