Abstract:Aiming at the current water quality characteristics and advanced treatment technology of papermaking wastewater, this paper proposed to carry out advanced research on papermaking wastewater treatment by using ultrafiltration ceramic membrane green energy-saving technology. The test results showed that the optimal working condition of ceramic membrane as followed: transmembrane pressure difference 0.2 MPa, film flow rate 1000 L / h. Under these conditions, the solid suspended matter (SS) removal rate of papermaking wastewater was greater than 94.5%, the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand (CODCr) was greater than 76.2%, and the removal rate of chroma was higher than 72.3%. The water quality met the requirements of "Water Pollutant Discharge Standard for Pulp and Paper Industry"(GB 3544—2008). The results of membrane cleaning and regeneration experiments showed that the ultrafiltration ceramic membrane flux could be restored higher than 90% after reverse cycle chemical cleaning. |
