| Abstract:In this paper the rewinding machine process flow was analyzed briefly, the control system for paper web tension, speed and deviation correction were designed respectively. Rockwell PLC was used as the main controller, combined with servo drives and servo motors, etc. to realize stable control of paper web tension. The control system achieved a good control effect in production. The tension adjustment time was shortened to 5 s from the previous 10 s without overshoot. |
