| Application of HZIC+AB Process in Paper Mill Waste Water Treatment |

| Abstract:A paper mill in Yunnan Province mainly produces recycled kraft liner board and high-strength corrugating medum with recycled paper. Its annual output is 250000 tons. and comprehensive waste water treatment capacity is 8000 m3/d. The CODCr of the waste water is less than 5000 mg / L. The flocculation precipitation + hydrolysis acidification + HZIC + AB process was used to treat the waste water. After treatment, CODCr ≤ 90 mg/L, met local discharge standards. This paper mainly introduced the processing effect and process parameters of the HZIC processing unit and AB system and analyzed the economic and environmental benefits of the process. The production practice of the paper mill proved that the waste water treatment process was stable, reliable and cost-effective. It provides a strong guarantee for the clean production of the paper mill. |
