Abstract:In this study, the lignin was modified by pyrogallol and resorcinol to increase the content of phenolic hydroxyl thereby in favour of cellulase adsorption application. After phenolation, the maximum adsorption cellulase capacity of lignoresorcinol and lignopyrogallol were 842.1 mg/g and 911.4 mg/g, respectively. Compared with original cellulase activity, the activity of the adsorbed cellulase on lignoresorcinol and lignopyrogallol still retained 57% and 38%. The adsorbed cellulase was easily separated from the lignin derivatives by adginting the pH value 10. Moreover, the physic-chemical properties of the lignin derivatives were characterized for explaining the cellulase adsorption mechanism. |
