Abstract:This paper study on some tissue projects in China from project engineering stage to operation performance，mainly focused on the comparison of energy saving and operation cost analysis of eccentric rotator pulper and concentric rotator pulper，shoe press and vacuum press roll，turbine fan and water ring vacuum pump，reboiler used in gas hood hot air system，and short-flow process in stock preparation and approach system in order to show more experiences and references for future projects to make better cost saving.
