| Abstract:Through the analysis of the process flow and parameters of the paper yarn composite bag bottom-pasting machine，the control system with PLC as the control center for the paper yarn composite bag bottom machine was decided. The combined application of servo motor，stepper motor and main motor finally achieved the precise control of sticking valve and ensured the quality of paper bag bottom.The paper bag was accurately conveyed by the stepping motor to the pressing section for compaction.The real-time control of the main motor speed was accomplished by the frequency converter G110，and improving the efficiency and accuracy of the valve . |
