Abstract:Selective isolation of hemicelluloses is critical in an integrated lignocellulosic biorefinery. The isolation of hemicelluloses used traditional and novel solvent systems are detailed reviewed, and the results of hemicelluloses isolation conducted by researchers at home and abroad are comprehensively expounded. Additionally, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared and discussed. |
