Abstract:Carbon fiber paper with uniform temperature distribution was prepared by optimizing dispersant to improve the uniformity of carbon fiber paper. The influence of dispersant on the uniformity of carbon fiber paper and the influence of resistance value of carbon fiber paper on electric heating performance were discussed. The prepared carbon fiber paper was characterized by using instruments such as dust homogenizer and a thermal imager. The results showed that adding 0.6% APMP, the uniformity of the carbon fiber paper could be improved significantly, under electric heating, the resistance value of the carbon fiber paper only reduced by 2.59%, and the temperature difference on the paper surface was less than 6℃, which had the characteristic of constant power, was more appropriate to control a lower content of carbon fiber in the paper in order to have a higher normal emissivity of far infrared. In this study, when the content of carbon fiber was 5.0%, the far infrared emissivity in the 8~15 μm band was 83.13%.
