Abstract:The pre-hydrolysis of hemicellulose in plant materials is affected by hydrolysis time， hydrolysis temperature， etc. These conditions should be strictly controlled during production to improve the hydrolysis quality. In this paper， the research progress on the kinetics and mechanism of hemicellulose pre-hydrolysis of plant raw materials in recent years were reveiwed， several kinetic models and mechanism of some plant materials hemicellulose pre-hydrolysis were emphatically introduced．
