| Abstract:Increasing filler retention rate in based reconstituted tobacco sheets produced from paper-making process is an important approach to improve the quality of reconstituted tobacco sheets and reduce their production costs. In this paper， the role and significance of filler in based reconstituted tobacco sheet were described， and the main technologies of increasing filler content in the sheets including retention system optimization， filler modification， filler pre-flocculation and coating filler were summarized． |
