| Abstract:Based on the mechanisms of fruit preservation in the aspects of ethylene control, bacteriostasis and modified atmosphere, the research progreses of domestic and foreign fruit fresh-keeping paper-based composite materials and their preparation techniques were reviewed, and the development trend of fruit fresh-keeping paper-based composites was discussed. |
