Abstract:This paper started from the decision-making goal of papermaking enterprises’location selection， firstly analyzed the status quo of the papermaking enterprises’ site selection and the decision-making factors for the papermaking enterprises’ location selection. Secondly， using the analytic hierarchy process to construct the decision-making model of papermaking enterprises’ site selection， and calculating the comprehensive weights that determine the factors affecting the selection criteria of the company’s site. Finally， a fuzzy evaluation model was established to evaluate the three alternative locations in Luoyang， Taicang and Huzhou， and Taicang was selected as the optimal option for papermaking enterprises. Finally， the corresponding suggestions were put forward．
