| Abstract:On the basis of the systematic review of the case study on the best available technology/best environmental practice(BAT/BEP) renovation bamboo-based pulping mills. The newest of checking both the environmental and economic benefits showed that BAT/BEP innovation brought the mills environment benefit as well as long-term economic benefit. This study suggestedto acceleratedioxin-reduction in selected mills of pulp and paper industry based on the situation of implementation of the in policy and BAT/BEP innovationeffect of the demonstration mills. Three aspect suggestions including refining policy implementation; enhancing public awareness and leading consumption marketoriented． |
