Abstract:In this paper, the composition of water-based ink and its properties were introduced, and the performance of water-based ink adsorption onto fibers and the factors fluencing water-based oil separation from fibers were discussed. At the same time, the reasons for the low brightness of recycled pulp from the wastepaper containing water-based ink impurities were analyzed. Finally, some means for controlling the re-adsorption and separation of water-based ink impurities were discussed theoretically, and the effective separation solutions for these impurities were presented. |
