| Abstract:Absorbability is an important property of reconstituted tobacco products. High absorption performance with high filling value can increase the fullness of cigarettes, reduce the amount of tobacco consumption and make tobacco completely burned to reduce harmful substances. It also allows the coating substrate fully absorbing in coating process. In this paper, the importance of absorption performance of the quality of reconstituted tobacco was summarized, and the related strategies for improving the absorption performance of reconstituted tobacco sheet were reviewed from the aspects of raw material, beating process, furnish composition, filler and retention aids and coating． |
