| Abstract:With the continuous enhancement of people’s safety consciousness, the fire safety of cigarettes has been paid more and more attention. Development of low ignition propensity cigarette paper is significant to reduce the fire risks caused by combustion of cigarette smoking, therefore, the low ignition propensity（LIP） cigarette paper has broad developing prospects.The developing background of low ignite propensity cigarette paper was introduced, and the structure and testing method of LIP cigarette paper were summarized in this paper.Realization of flaming retarding and its influence factorswere concluded, and the advantages and disadvantages of the LIP cigarette paper were summarized, and the future developing trends were also analyzed in this paper． |
