Abstract:Unbleached bagasse kraft pulp was used as raw material for D0EpD1 bleaching, the effects of addition of three kinds of additives (surfactant NP-7、 heteropolyacid HPA、 formaldehyde) in D0 stage on D0EpD1 bleaching of bagasse pulp were studied. The results showed that the optimum dosages of the three kinds of additives were 0.6% NP-7、 0.6% HPA、 1.5% formaldehyde, respectively, when ClO2 dosage (active chlorine) (D0) was 0.6%; compared with ClO2 dosage (D0) was in the range of 1.4%~2.0% without additives, ClO2 dosages(D0) could be saved 10.0%~14.3%、 11.1%~14.3%、 20.0%~25.0%, respectively, and had little effect on the pulp properties. Among the three additives the effect of formaldehyde was better.
