Abstract:It is a very complicated task to detect the plate gap of a high powerdisc refiner online which are running under the conditions of high speed, high pressure and high temperature. Based on the idea of synchronous wear detection, a novel method for disc wear detection with the wear test stick was proposed. The internal structure, installing method and detection mechanism of the wear test stick were also illustrated. The method suggested in this paper provided a new way to solve the problem of plate gap detection in a disc refiner. |
