Abstract:Aiming at the problem of high specific steam consumption of tissue paper machine, the supply air temperature of the air hood ventilation system in dryer section were optimized. Firstly, a mathematical model for analyzing the influence of supply air temperature on drying energy consumption was established, then it was optimized by using the PSO algorithm, MATLAB simulation experiments showed that, there was a minimum value of specific steam consumption in the drying section after the supply air temperature was optimized, it created considerable benefit from energy-saving. |
