Abstract:In order to upgrade the utilization value of corncob hydrolysis residue(CHR) and separate and purify cellulose and lignin from CHR, CHR was treated by two stages treatment of alkali H2O2 and NaClO2, using the cellulose content and the removal rate of lignin as evaluation index to optimize the treatment process. The results showed that the optimal conditions were H2O2 dosage of 0.8%, NaOH dosage of 3%, reaction temperature of 80℃, and NaClO2 concentration of 12 g/L, temperature of 70℃ for the two stages treatment. Under this conditions, the content of cellulose was 84.73% and the removal rate of lignin was 91.11%, it reached the best separation and purification efficiency. |
