| Abstract:The principle of operation control of water ring vacuum pump was analyzed. In order to realize the energy saving control of water ring for water ring vacuum pump, the plan of the energy saving control device based on PLC was designed, which included the hardware design and software design of the system, meanwhile adding the design of host computer control in order to control system implementation. According to the experimental data analysis, it was proved that the water ring vacuum pump worked in a certain liquid ring condition could achieve the maximum energy saving of electricity and water on the premise of keeping the vacuum degree steadily, and improve the efficiency of the water ring vacuum pump. |
