Abstract:A series of LIP nonionic surfactant was synthesized by using lauroyl diethanolamide(LDEA), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and different molecular weight polyethylene glycol(PEG) as raw materials. Its synthesis process was optimized, the chemical structure of product was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR, meanwhile the physical properties was determined. The application of synthetic products in waste paper deinking with flotating method and the comparison of deinking efficiency between the product and mixed deinking agent as well as commercial deinking agent were carried out.The results showed that when the molar ratio of LDEA to IPDI to PEG was 1.0∶2.0∶2.0 synthesis was carried out at 55℃ for 2 h with 1.0% catalyst (on LDEA) the product had the best deinking effect. When m(LIP-600)∶m(AEO-9)∶m(AES)=2∶1∶1 and dosage of LIP-600 was 0.2%, the whiteness of the deinked pulp could reached to 72.3% and the residual ink concentration was 51.4 mm2/m2. |
