Abstract:APMP(Alkaline Peroxide Mechanical Pulp ) effluent belongs to high concentrated organic wastewater with high COD content and pollution load, its treatment is necessary for surrounding environment. By using the method of dilution multiple and crossed dilution the bacteria were screened from the aerobic sludge and APMP waste water. The wastewater COD removal efficiency of each bacterium was tested, with absorbance spectrophotometry curves and scanning electron microscope (SEM) images. Through part of the factorial design (FFD) experiment, using 6 factors at two levels experimental design, COD removal rate as response values, the results showed that the five strains of bacteria W2, W4, W7, S4 and S5 could be used to construct the microflora for APMP effluent degradation bacteria. |
