Abstract:The second-order kinetic model was used to fit the kinetic model and parameters of dust free paper dyeing with direct dyes, and the effects of temperature, NaCl, levelling agent and heating types on the parameters like the balance amount of dye Ce, dyeing rate k2 and half-dyeing time t1/2 was compared. The results showed that, the effect of NaCl was more obvious than the temperature, and higher temperature could increase the dyeing rate constant and shorten the half-dyeing timeunderthe conditions with NaCl. The higher amount of NaCl could improve the balance of the amount of dye and dyeing rate constants, even shorten half-dyeing time, but the excessive initial dyeing rate lead to uneven staining, so it’s better to use the leveler and gradual warming manner. Higher dye concentration could increase the balance amount of dye and the half-dyeing time, reduce the dyeing rate. |
