Abstract:The simulated green liquors containing different silicon contents were prepared, and used for producing calcium carbonate by causticizing, the pore structure characteristics of the white mud calcium carbonate were determined by N2 adsorption, and the surface fractal characteristics were analyzed based on Frenkel-Halsey-Hill (FHH) model. The results showed that specific surface area and cumulative pore volume of the calcium carbonate increaced gradually with increasing silicon, and silicon increase was in favor of forming small mesopore in calcium carbonate. FHH model was used to analyze fractal characteristics of calcium carbonate, the results showed that the surface of calcium carbonate changed gradually from regular form to irregular form with the increase of silicon content. |
