| Abstract:Based on the analysis of the existing problems in paper machine drive control system, a new paper machine drive control system using DeviceNet field bus as the communication methods, PLC as the control unit, screen as the man-machine interface operation, PF700 as the drive unit was designed. The principle and application of DeviceNet hardware configuration in the system, speed chain control, load distribution calculation were discussed. This system has been verified in practical engineering projects, obtaining good results, and the problems existing in the drive control system were solved. |
