Abstract:The main components of the dissolved organics in chemical pretreatment waste liquor of poplar APMP pulping are small molecular weight lignin and oligosaccharides. The variation of lignin and oligosaccharides concentration in the pretreatment waste liquor under different chemical pretreatment conditions was analyzed by using ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The experimental results showed that effects of NaOH, H2O2 and Na2SiO3 dosage on lignin and oligosaccharides concentration in the waste liguor were different. The impact degree was ranked as follows: NaOH dosage >H2O2 dosage>Na2SiO3 dosage, in which the dosages of NaOH and H2O2 had important impact on lignin and oligosaccharides concentration, and Na2SiO3 dosage had slightly effect. Effect of chemical pretreatment temperature was greater than that of pretreatment time. In the chemical pretreatment process, NaOH dosage, H2O,sub>2 dosage and treating temperature were the important factors.
