Abstract:In this paper,the technology of Bio-CMP pulping of rice straw was explored. The study found that when the dosage of xylanase was 30 IU/g based on dry straw, the pulp could reach brightness of 27.8% and acceptable physical property of paper. Compared with sulfonation treatment at low temperature, better results could be acquired through NaOH treatment. The xylanase pretreatment before chemical treatment had significance of practical application, it was beneficial for the chemicals to penetrate into internal structure of the materials and improve the reaction efficiency between the chemicals and the lignin. When the dosages of xylanase, cellulase, and pectinase were 20 IU/g, 10 IU/g and 15 IU/g, respectively, the quality of fiber and physical property of paper were better and the burst index of paper was 1.18 kPa·m2/g, breaking length was 2.23 km, ring crush index was 2.27 N·m/g and the tear index was 4.49 mN·m2 /g.
