Abstract:The effect of endo-cellulase hydrolysis on fiber morphology, cellulose aggregation structure and fiber properties of bleached masson pine was investigated. The results showed that endo-cellulase preferentially reacted with the fines on fiber surface. Peeling was not very obvious, but cutting effect was significant. With the increasing of dosage, average fiber length, water retention value and absolute value of Zeta potential decreased gradually and the width changed by contraries. The beating degree decreased at first and then gradually increased. Hydrolysis mainly occurred at the amorphous region, so the crystallinity increased and finally fluctuated between 80%~82%. The fiber could be hydrolysed completely only under the synergistic effect of endo-cellulase, exo-cellulase and cellobiase. |
