| Application of Electrosorption Technology in Advanced Treatment of Papermaking Waste Water |

| Abstract:The characteristic of electrosorption technology was introduced. Two group trials for treating the papermaking waste water were designed, one was electrosorption combined with ultra-filtrate, another was electrosorption combined with ultra-filtrate and reverse osmosis. The results indicated that the device of electrosorption could remove both of ions and partial COD of the water. The accumulation of ions in the water recycle system of ultra-filtrated could be solved, and the high consistency waste water generated by the reverse osmosis could be treated too. The application of electrosorption technology in advanced treatment of papermaking waste water also be discussed in this paper. |
