Abstract:The mixed strains used for degradation of lignin in reed were screened. Penicillium common A, Penicillium chrysogenum B, bacteria C and Aspergillus fumigates D. were utilized as experimental strains. By using different combination of the four strains to degrade the lignin and the degradation rates of lignin were compared, so as to determine the optimum strain combination. Then different mixing methods of mixed strains, various mixing ratios and solid to liquid ratios were optimized to obtain the optimal strains combination. The results showed that the ABD combination showed the best lignin degradation rate. The lignin content was 10.7% and the degradation rate was 67.3% when the mixing ratio of A∶B∶D was 1∶4∶16 and after eight days treatment.
