| Abstract:The common preparation methods of separator for power li-ion battery and the reparatory properties were reviewed in this paper. New progress of different preparation methods was highlighted. Using polymer mixtures with different melting temperatures, as well as using polymers with better thermal tolerance can improve the shutdown and meltdown temperatures of the stretch film. The mechanical property of electrospinning separators can be improved by mixing solvent and adding inorganic particles. For wet-laid nonwoven reparator, pore size and pore size distribution can be controlled by using microfibers. Multi-layer separator as a new power lithium battery separator, exhibits great advantages in uniformity, low thermal shrinkage and high thermal tolerance. The key is to find appropriate composite methods to maximize the synergistic advantages of the different materials. |
