| Abstract:A new type of cationic composite surface sizing agent which was developed on the basis of traditional AKD neutral size was introduced. Comparing with common cationic SAE sizing agent, the preparation of new composite cationic surface sizing agent was simple, on the paper MD ring crush index, burst index and folding strength increased by 14%, 8% and 25%. When sizing amount was 2 kg/t paper, surface sizing cost reduced 4 yuan/ton. |
