| Abstract:The effect of sulfonation conditions on papermaking performance of SCMP using mulberry stalk as a raw material was studied. The optimal bleaching conditions of was obtained by using single factor experiment and response surface methodology. The dosages of NaOH and Na2SO3 were 3% and 18% respectively and maximum temperature was 115℃. The brightness, burst index, tensile index and tear index of the bleached pulp were 49.4%, 4.51 kPa·m2/g, 31.8 N·m/g and 5.35 mN·m2/g. |
