| Abstract:Aiming at the gear reducer with high flexible compact, and high power structure, the design method based on the dynamic characteristics of gear reducer was applied, the 3D model of double-input gear reducer based on UG was established and model analysis and harmonious response analysis of the gear reducer was carried out, the dynamic performance of the gear reducer was obtained. It provided scientific basis for the designs of the case and structure of gear reducer under the precondition of ensuring the aux, strength of the gear. |
