| Abstract:Troubles caused by stickies on a paper machine which was furnished by 350t/d DIP line were introduced. Through comprehensive testing and analysis of the amounts and removal rated of stickies and specks in the key pars of the DIP line, the fine screening system was chosen to be rebuilted. After utilizing the new type medium consistency pressure screen，the screening efficiency and stickies removal were improved significantly and the operation of paper machine and product quality were also improved obviously. |
