| Abstract:Aiming at the difficulties of judging the endpoint of pulping in Displacement Digester Systems, the on-line calculation method of H-Factor was studied. To reduce the calculation errors, combining the processing mechanism of H-Factor was calculated in a phased way effective cooking temperature, avoiding the wrong action caused by instrument failure. SIEMENS PLC software for H-Factor on-line calculation was developed by using STEP7 and WINCC as hardware development platform. Finally, control the cooking endpoint of Displacement Digester Systems effectively. |
