| Abstract:The experiments were carried out by using laboratorial sheet-fed curtain coater and coating colors with different formula. The results showed that as the increase of extensional deformation and extensional rate of the coatings, the surface defects of coating layers were more serious; the coating under higher machine speed was more easily to appear surface defects when the extensional deformation of the coatings was at the similar level; the coating color with high extensional viscosity tended to produce the coating layer with high coverage． |
