| Abstract:The paper mainly introduced the principle and design method of load distribution in a paper machine, and discussed the problems occurred in load distribution design and its solutions. It pointed out the importance of designing the load distribution in the paper machine drive system. The application of ACS800 series DTC inverter in load distribution of the 2600/350 multi-cylinder paper machine was introduced, the communication, automatic interlock and parameters setting and other issues were also presented. The application in a mill in Fujian province proved the load distribution was ratification. Meanwhile, some issues should be paid attention to in practice were also discussed. |
