| Abstract:By reviewing the implementation of discharge standard of water pollutants for the pulp and paper industry (GB3544—2008) the receseaing technological measures for the implementation were analyzed and the environmental, economic and social benefits of the discharge standard implementation were estimated. The study pointed out that the standard and corresponding environmental management measures still existed some problems, some recommendations for improvement were suggerted. |
