Abstract:According to the Pechmann method, 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin fluorescent brightener was prepared by using resorcinol and ethyl acetoacetate as raw materials through dehydration condensation reaction under acid environment. The water solubility modification of 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin fluorescent brightener and ultraviolet absorber 2,4-dihydroxy benzophenone was carried out by using cyanuric chloride and sodium sulfanilate as raw materials. The structures of target products were characterized by IR spectra, the optical properties were studied by UV spectra and fluorescence spectra. The ultraviolet accelerated yellowing inhibition performance by using the two prepared additives alone or their mixture in certain proportion was investigated by applying on the surface of the paper. The results showed that, the mixture of water-soluble coumarin fluorescent brightener and ultraviolet absorber hed a better yellowing inhibition and synergistic effect than using them separately, and the light stability showed that there was an ideal effect when the ratio of the two products was 1∶1. |
