Abstract:A series nonionic surfactant products were synthesized by using different molecular weight polyethylene glycol(PEG), lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-3) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as raw materials, the synthesis process was optimized. The combined performance of AIP deinking agent and anionic surfactants in flotation process of waste papers was investigated. It was found that the better synthesis condition was determined as follows: the molar ratio of lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-3) to polyethylene glycol (PEG-400) to isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) was 1∶1∶1 at 50℃ for 1.5 h. When m(AIP-400)∶m(AES) ∶m(AE0-3)=1∶2∶1 and dosage of AIP-400 was 0.2%; the whiteness of the deinked pulp can be reached to 67.8%and the residual ink concentration was 43.2 mm2/m2. |
