| Abstract:Gel PVA was prepared by using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as the carrier and glutaraldehyde as linking agent, then using dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent, epichlorohydrin as reactant to further prepare epoxidized PVA. The immobilization of laccase was realized by using this product to react with the laccase. The immobilization experiment controlled the ratio of dimethyl sulfoxide and epichlorohydrin was 1∶1, immobilization temperature T = 35℃, the ratio of epoxdized PVA∶laccase∶HAc-NaAc buffer solution was 1∶1∶2 (the ratio of dosage), immobilization time of 5 h, the immobilized laccase with relatively bingher activity was obtained. Using the immobilized laccase for advanced treatment of the straw effluent from secondary clarifier, decolorization rate was 62.9%, BOD increased by 47.6%, the biodegradability of the effluent was greatly improved when the pH value of reaction system was 4 and reaction time was 6 h. |
