Abstract:Sodium ferrate and polymer aluminum ferric sulfate chloride (PAFCS) were synthesized with industrial waste as the main raw material, and used for treatment of effluent from bleaching and washing stages of a sulfite pulping line, the effect of sodium ferrate and PAFCS dosages on the removal of the COD, chroma and pH value of the effluent was investigated. The experimental results indicated that when sodium ferrate dosage was 1.0 g/L, PAFCS dosage was 1.0 g/L, COD and chroma removal rates were 82.41% and 93.75%, CODCr was 48.2 mg/L, chroma was 5 times and pH value was 7.46. |
